Katie Rose
Founder & CEO
Katie Rose is the founder and chief at Dian Communications, where she manages marketing projects and ensures the highest quality deliverables for clients. With over 10 years of experience in web, print and digital marketing, Katie excels at bringing a nuanced understanding of effective digital marketing, social media marketing and traditional marketing strategies.
Previously, Katie worked as the Director of Marketing at Treehouse Technology Group, where she developed and implemented the firm's marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. Through the management of the company's entire digital marketing flow, Katie was able to increase inbound leads by over 500%. At her previous job as Director of Marketing at Magdalen College, Katie's marketing efforts contributed to the recruitment of the college's largest freshmen classes in school history.

Katie earned her Bachelors in Communications from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, her Masters degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and a graduate-level Social Media Certificate from Southern New Hampshire University.
Katharine Rose
Director of Content & Research
Katharine is the Director of Content & Research at Dian Communications, where she works closely with clients on content ideation, development, and management. She has a variety of professional and corporate writing experience, having previously worked in the reporting, publishing and public relations fields.
Prior to Dian Communications Katharine was a Senior Associate at STARKMAN, a full-service, corporate PR firm in New York City. She serviced and managed the daily activities of a major client, and worked closely with all clients on press release and blog development, media strategy and outreach, industry research projects, and social media engagement initiatives.
Having completed a publishing course at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, Katharine worked briefly in the publishing industry through an internship in the publicity and marketing department at Phaidon Press.
Previously, Katharine was a reporter intern for the insurance trade magazine, The National Underwriter, where she was dubbed "The Machine" due to the number of articles she churned out in a day.
Katharine graduated magna cum laude from College of the Holy Cross with a BA in History and minor in Italian. She was the Chief Opinions Editor of her campus newspaper, The Crusader.

Darton is a lifelong entrepreneur and visionary with a passion for business development. His nearly two-decade career in technology startups, technology services, and business management has equipped him with powerful insights into the business opportunities for today's technology-led, data-driven world.
Darton is the Founder of Treehouse Technology Group, a technology strategy and software development firm; Co-Founder of Minecheck, a software provider for high-performance computing & digital mining environments; and adviser to Dian Communications, a digital marketing firm. In these roles, Darton brings his business acumen and aptitude for fostering meaningful relationships with clients to oversee initiatives that deliver impactful results.
Prior to founding Treehouse, Darton worked at Dyn, a global cloud-based internet performance company, where he helped drive the expansion of its worldwide client base and product line. Previously, he was a partner at Kaysid Internet Solutions, overseeing sales, marketing, and business operations. In this role, he nurtured relationships with business owners nationwide, while providing them with a range of web services, including custom software and web application development, design creation, and more.
Early in his career, he was the visionary and creator behind a technology company called "DayFlip", a web-based calendar application designed to help small businesses market directly to their customers. During this time, he formed and led a team of professionals in business development, sales, marketing, investor relations, and more.
Darton holds a degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
